How do I return or exchange my device and accessories?

Before shipping back your device, please read through these guidelines:

Backup your personal information, then clear it from your device.
Disable the screen lock on the device.
Send back everything you want to return. If you’re sending your device, include the battery, charger, and manual.
In original box, you’ll find a shipping label and returns form. (We can email these to you if you've misplaced them.)
Put the prepaid shipping label over the old label on the top of the box.
Fill out the returns form and include it inside the box.
Re-seal the box by peeling the white adhesive strip.
